Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cv444" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at the domain cv444.bar, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, and any future application through which cv444 services are accessed.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the cv444 Platform, holding a BDT-denominated wallet balance and transaction history.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the cv444 Platform in any capacity.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, slot title, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cashable incentive credited to an Account by cv444.
• "Real Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka deposited by the User into their Account wallet via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by cv444 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all cv444 Account balances are denominated.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cv444 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the cv444 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the cv444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cv444 enforces a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance held in the Account will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register an Account.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when placing Wagers. Each Account must be used solely by the registered Account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of cv444 or any of its affiliated technology or content suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cv444 or have previously had an Account closed by cv444 for breach of these terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of cv444 services, including the sportsbook, live casino, and slots library, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If cv444 detects that a User has registered more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances held in those Accounts — including Real Funds — may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cv444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification: cv444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including — but not limited to — National ID card (NID), passport, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Contact information updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. cv444 accepts no liability for failure to deliver notices where the contact information on your Account is outdated or incorrect.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cv444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. cv444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must match the payment method used for withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment method operators may impose their own transaction caps.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: cv444 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as BPL match days or major ICC tournaments.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. cv444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification.
• Transaction fees: cv444 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Fees charged by the payment method operator (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) are the responsibility of the User.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the cancellation of those bonus funds.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting on the cv444 Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant market interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A Wager is accepted only when the Platform confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during system errors or at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at cv444's discretion.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per Wager is ৳50 unless otherwise specified for a particular market.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets close automatically at designated event milestones. cv444 accepts no liability for Wagers placed based on information that was not yet reflected in the live odds at the time of placement.
• Void bets: Bets will be declared void and the original stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled; the event does not commence within 48 hours of the scheduled start; or the market is suspended before the event concludes due to exceptional circumstances.
• Maximum payout: cv444 applies a maximum payout limit per market. Where a single Wager or accumulator would result in winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for that market, only the maximum payout will be disbursed.
• Errors and omissions: cv444 makes every effort to display accurate odds and market information. In the event of a clear and obvious error in odds, cv444 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake.

Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on the cv444 Platform are provided by third-party game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game studio's own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino and slot products on cv444:

• Random number generation: All RNG-based games use certified random number generation provided by the respective game studio. cv444 does not modify or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Minimum bet: Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. Users are responsible for reviewing the game rules before placing any stake.
• Disconnection policy: If a game session is interrupted by a network disconnection on the User's side, cv444 will complete the round according to the game engine's outcome. Any settled winnings will be credited to the Account wallet. cv444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from User-side connectivity failures.
• Game availability: cv444 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game title from the Platform at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for the removal of a game title.
• Demo play: Where demo play is available on a title, it is provided for entertainment purposes only. Wins accumulated in demo mode carry no monetary value and cannot be transferred to a real-money balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

cv444 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• One bonus per promotion: Each User is eligible to claim a given promotion only once, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion — incomplete wagering will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal restriction: Real Funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Promotional changes: cv444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, qualifying Users who have already opted in will be informed of any changes affecting their existing bonus balance.

Responsible Gaming

cv444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies form part of the Platform's responsible gaming framework and are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits and reality checks: Users may configure session duration limits and periodic reality-check notifications within their Account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off: Users may request a short-term cooling-off period via the support team, during which the Account will be temporarily suspended from all betting and casino activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv444 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balances withheld pending investigation, and any winnings arising from prohibited activity voided:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials to access the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Placing Wagers in collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward cv444 staff or other Users via any support or communication channel.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cv444 Platform — including but not limited to the cv444 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, icons, and game-related imagery supplied by game studio partners — is the property of cv444 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cv444 Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cv444.

Game content and associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the respective game studios. cv444 operates as a licensed distributor of game content and does not claim ownership over any game studio's intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv444 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cv444 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity undertaken on the Platform in accordance with these terms.
• Technical failures, network outages, server errors, or payment processing delays outside cv444's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption or suspension of Platform services for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond cv444's control.
• Decisions made by game engines or sportsbook pricing systems that result in outcomes unfavourable to the User.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits cv444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by cv444's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

cv444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspected collusion, match-fixing, or systemic exploitation of Platform mechanics.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with the Account.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified Real Funds balance remaining in the Account wallet will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation. Bonus Funds held in a closed Account are not refundable under any circumstances.

Privacy & Data

cv444's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the cv444 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cv444 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required to process payments, conduct KYC verification, or comply with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Amendments to These Terms

cv444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified via a notice displayed on the Platform upon their next login session. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the cv444 Platform after the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange the return of any verified Real Funds balance in your Account wallet.
